No child should go hungry during the school holidays. Many families face additional challenges now that the support has been withdrawn by East Sussex County Council.
At The Grumpy Cook, we believe no child should go hungry. That’s why we’re launching this campaign to provide free lunches to those who need them most throughout the summer.
You can help by donating and following the link. You can donate as little or as much as you can. Additionally just by using the cafe, the profits from your visit go towards helping to feed the children in our town
Why We're Doing This
Due to the lack of support from East Sussex County Council, many families face extra pressure during the school holidays when free school meals are unavailable. At the Grumpy Cook Cafe, we believe no child should go hungry.
